Somalia
I have recently decided that I want to raise money that I would send to Somalia. Currently in Somalia there is an ongoing civil war which has displaced many families and young children of their homes. There is a countless number of people who are unable to obtain basic necessities such as food and water. Since my family is from Somalia, I thought that this would be something that I could relate to and feel passionate about.

ReplyDeleteWell, instead of a photo essay I already have started to create a video that would raise the awareness of this topic. However, I don't know about collecting change to raise money and visiting classrooms to share my story.
